We are pleased to announce that, effective January 5, 2026, Motomasa Yotsukawa has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and has assumed the position of Chairman of the Board, and that Susumu Yotsukawa has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Yotsukawa Seisakusho Ltd.
