【About entering your credit card information】 

Please enter your credit card information manually.  Copy and paste is not accepted due to system security. 


【About the order confirmation e-mail】

 Once we recieve your order, KISEN STORE will send you an auto-reply e-mail to inform you that your order has been accepted. If you do not receive the auto-reply, please contact us at


【About gift wrapping】 

We are happy to gift wrap.  Please indicate "gift wrapping needed" in the remarks column of the shopping cart. Normally, we wrap individual package, but if you purchase a pair of glasses or cups of the same type, we can wrap the two boxes together as a pair. In this case, please indicate "Wrapping and pair wrapping needed" in the remarks column of the shopping cart. 


【About Noshi-gift wrapping】

 If you would like to have "Noshi" (gift wrapping paper) or "Kakegami" (wrapping paper), please contact us by e-mail or in the remarks column of the shopping cart. 

We greatly thank you for letting us know what you need.

【Sending  directly to the recipient】

 If you wish to have your order directly shipped as a gift, please be sure to write "Gift / Direct Shipment" in the remarks column of the shopping cart. Please proceed to the checkout and enter your e-mail address in the "Customer Information" field and the recipient's name and address in the "Shipping Address" field. 


 ■When making a payment, check the "Use a different billing address" box and enter the name of the customer and other necessary information here.


 ■If you wish to have your order shipped as a gift directly to the recipient, cash on delivery is not available. Please select another payment method. If the delivery address and billing address are different, we will not include a delivery note. If you require a delivery note to be included in the package, please indicate so in the shopping cart. If you need a delivery note, please indicate so in the remarks column of the shopping cart. 


【Delivery date】

 We will ship within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. If there is a delay due to order status, we will notify you by e-mail. Please note that we currently do not accept delivery date and time requests. 


【Business Days】

 Our business hours are as follows

 Business hours: Weekdays 9:00-17:00 Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and Bon vacation periods. Please note that orders and questions received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day or later. 


【About product inventory】 

Because KISEN STORE also sells its products through other distribution channels, in rare cases, due to the concentration of orders, an item may go out of stock before it is displayed as sold out. In such cases, we will contact you by e-mail. Please understand that we are taking all possible measures to manage our products.  


【About international shipping】 

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Please understand that we do not ship overseas at this time.
